WeDirectory Best Projects & Websites Award 2026 (Second Edition)

A global online award competition recognizing creative websites and public digital portfolios across art, design, fashion, visual culture, creative studios, and cultural brands. One hundred projects will be selected for a printed collection; the three top winners receive conditional cash prizes, while other selected projects receive publication and promotional benefits.

Open globally to individual artists, designers, creative collectives, independent brands, agencies, and studios. Applicants must have a live public digital portfolio, either a dedicated website or public social media account, and must hold a free or premium WeDirectory member account. Websites that won in the 2025 inaugural edition may not reapply for 2026. Submit a URL representing the applicant's creative work or brand through the digital intake portal. Eligible categories include Art, Design, Fashion, Visual Culture, Creative Studios, and Cultural Brands. Fees are tiered: Premium members pay $0 per website at any time; other applicants pay $49 for February 1–May 31, 2026, $59 for June 1–October 31, 2026, or $69 for November 1–December 31, 2026. Conditional cash prizes are $5,000 for first place, $2,000 for second place, and $1,000 for third place. Seven shortlisted winners receive an interview, social-media spotlights, a month-long homepage feature, and book inclusion; 90 longlisted winners receive a W Card profile and book inclusion. All 100 selected winners receive a copy of the printed collection book.
