Requirements
National eligibility. Submit up to two pieces at $25 per piece ($25 for one piece; $50 for two). The media requirements specify 1–2 images, no audio, and no video; the overview lists a submission limit of 1. Eligible work is 2D or 3D. Artwork must be for sale, with 40% of each sale going to the gallery. Work must be ready to hang or physically display; digital artwork must be printed and properly framed or mounted. Hanging hardware must already be attached: plain canvas without hanging wire is not ready to hang. Hanging wire is preferred; adhesive mounts are prohibited, and work must hang from a hook or nail. Work not ready to hang will be rejected at drop-off. Photographs depicting another artist's artwork, including street art, require that artist's express permission to show and sell the photograph. Out-of-state artists are responsible for shipping costs to and from the gallery and should not submit unless prepared for those costs. Drop-off: December 19, 2026. Pickup: January 23, 2027. First Friday reception: January 1, 2027, 6–9 p.m. The event header and Important Dates list January 1–22, 2027, while General Information gives show dates of January 1–23, 2027; confirm the exhibition end date with the gallery.
