Thirdplat November 2026 Open Call: Cultural Hybridity

Thirdplat invites artists and creators worldwide to submit work exploring how cultures mix, adapt, fuse or come into conflict for its November 2026 online showcase, Cultural Hybridity. Each work will appear on a dedicated page with accompanying text and artist information and remain accessible in Thirdplat’s archive after November. Works may also be featured on social media or in its newsletter.

Cultural Hybridity

Artists and creators worldwide may apply. Register at thirdplat.com and submit through the November Open Call page, including a short description explaining how the work connects to Cultural Hybridity. Submissions are welcome ahead of November. Listed application materials are an artist statement, artwork/portfolio, project description and application forms. Submissions may include moving image, photography, writing, craft, sound, performance documentation and cross-disciplinary work. Listed artistic fields also include applied arts, architecture, curating, dance, design, digital, drawing, education, fashion, film, installation, interdisciplinary, painting, performance, photography, printmaking, public art, research, sculpture, social practice, sound art, textiles, video, visual arts and writing. The showcase is online only, with no physical exhibition. Work remains accessible in the archive after November and may also be featured on social media or in the newsletter. There are no application, participation or additional fees.
