Small Wonders

A juried exhibition presented by the St. Louis Artists' Guild celebrating artwork on an intimate scale. The call welcomes all media and subject matter, with submitted works limited to 11 by 14 inches or smaller, including the frame. The exhibition runs November 20, 2026 through January 2, 2027 in St. Louis, Missouri.

Art on an intimate scale

Artists must be at least 18 and reside in the United States. Each artist may make one entry containing up to three original works completed within the last three years and not previously shown in the St. Louis Artists' Guild galleries. Artwork must be no larger than 11 by 14 inches including the frame. Images must be JPG or PNG, no more than 50MB each; the detailed instructions additionally specify JPEG images with a maximum longest side of 1920px and 300 resolution. Online entries only are accepted for jurying. Works must be priced for sale or marked not for sale; NFS work must include an insurance value, and the Guild states it will insure 65% of the value. Wall-mounted work must use professional hanging hardware; saw-tooth hangers and clip frames are prohibited, and canvases must be framed or gallery wrapped. Selected work must be available and may be hand-delivered or shipped. Shipped work is accepted only through FedEx or UPS; artists are responsible for round-trip shipping, insurance against shipping damage or loss, and a prepaid return label with an account number. Sales are encouraged, and the Guild retains a 35% commission on works sold. The page identifies this as a paid entry but does not provide a determinable flat fee or complete fee schedule.
