Eligible categories include mixed media, ceramics, digital art, drawing and printmaking, edibles, fiber, glass, handcraft, jewelry, metal, painting, photography, sculpture, and wood and furniture. Emerging artists may apply.

Requirements

Submit five images, including a required booth shot, through Zapplication. Emerging artists are accepted. Application/administrative processing fee is $30 and non-refundable. Standard booth fee is $400, including the City special-event fee; double booth $800, corner upgrade $100, and electricity $100, each subject to availability. Confirmation/purchase deadline is February 10, 2027. Late applications may be accepted at the Director's discretion for the waitlist. All merchandise must be original, handmade, and created by the exhibitor; reproductions must be identified, original art must occupy at least 50% of the space, browse bins must be minimal and not obstruct traffic, and all displayed artwork must be for sale. Exhibit only jury-approved categories. Artists must personally attend throughout the festival; employees, representatives, dealers, and commercial agents cannot operate their booths. Buy/sell, vintage, T-shirts/commercial clothing, posters, manufactured toys, resale merchandise, and items using commercial molds or patterns are prohibited. Drawing/printmaking prints must be signed and numbered; photocopies are prohibited. Fiber and glass categories prohibit embellished manufactured materials. Handcraft requires a complete item description. Jewelry prohibits commercial molds/casts, requires at least 50% of organic materials to be produced by the artist, and excludes jewelry with more than 50% manufactured components. Wood/furniture must be original worked wood, not embellished manufactured wood. Edibles must be handmade, prepackaged, and not prepared onsite. Food trucks and honey booths are not accepted. Food booths must register with Savannah DPH and submit their business license and required DPH paperwork, beginning at least six weeks before the event or immediately upon acceptance; jury details also require a Georgia Cottage license. A Savannah Business License costs $85 per calendar year and may be obtained after acceptance, allowing at least two weeks for processing. The page states an exemption for artists living in counties immediately surrounding Chatham County, but elsewhere says all selling artists must register even if they have a Georgia business license. Use the event address as the business address. Exhibitors provide their own displays and weighted white-top tents of EZ UP quality or higher; tailgating tents are prohibited. Rules specify 10'x10' tents and professional weights of 45–50 lb per leg, while booth information specifies tents no larger than 10'x11' and 40/45 lb per leg. Staking or tying to trees or lamp posts is prohibited. Grid panels or stabilizer bars without weights, raw concrete blocks/bricks, water containers, and sand in plastic bags are not accepted as weights. Arriving without compliant tents/weights can result in removal and forfeited fees. Spaces are approximately 10 feet deep by 11 feet wide or greater, may be uneven, and all work must remain within assigned space. Friday March 26 load-in is 6:30–10 AM; booths must open by 10 AM. This is a dolly/wagon-in event across cobblestones, with a 30-minute unloading period and immediate vehicle removal afterward. Trailers park offsite at the convention center. Saturday walk-in is 8–8:30 AM only with prior participation and advance approval. Bring photo ID for check-in, display the parking pass, and maintain access to Zapp communications for load-in/load-out instructions. Listed March hours are Friday and Saturday 10 AM–6 PM and Sunday 10 AM–4 PM, with staying late allowed. Artists not checked in or calling the emergency number by Friday 8 AM are considered no-shows and forfeit their space without refund. Artists are responsible for permits, licenses, taxes, and sales-tax collection/reporting; the page lists a 7% sales-tax rate. The event is rain or shine with no rain date. Cancellation terms state fees for cancellations up to 90 days before the event are applied to the next scheduled show, no refunds within 60 days, and credits must be used within one calendar year; the page also states credits cannot transfer to another show. Previously credited booth fees and jury-exempt reservations are non-refundable. Weather, government action, other cancellations, rule violations, and inadequate weights do not entitle exhibitors to refunds. Pandemic cancellation/postponement terms offer credit and a Zapp code. Exhibitors accept the stated liability and credit-card dispute terms; insurance is recommended at their own expense.
