The opportunity
Hypatia-in-the-Woods offers women in the arts, academe, and entrepreneurship one- to three-week residencies during July, August, and September 2027. Residents stay at Holly House, a cottage in Pacific Northwest second-growth forest on Washington State’s Olympic Peninsula, with solitude and time for creative work. Residents may give a public reading, book signing, showing of works, or performance.
