PJAS Editorial Open Call for Submissions

An international editorial call for contemporary visual art, poetry, writing, and experimental or cross-disciplinary work. Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis for quarterly issues; submissions before the stated deadline will be considered for the Winter 2027 'Vintage' Issue. Selected work is published online and in print, and contributors may also appear in editorial features, interviews, and other PJAS releases.

Winter 2027 'Vintage' Issue

Open internationally to artists and writers across all disciplines and career stages. Individual and collaborative submissions are accepted. All work must be original and created by the submitting artist. Provide high-resolution work samples suitable for review, a clear title for each work, and a brief statement outlining medium, approach, or context. Multiple submissions may be included. The listed submission limit is 10; the CaFÉ media requirements specify 1–20 images, no audio, no video, and 1–20 files total. Work is evaluated for clarity of vision, formal or conceptual strength, and a distinct artistic perspective. Early submissions before June 15, 2026 are free; the listed entry fee otherwise is $14. Submissions are accepted throughout the year, with those made before the October 30, 2026 deadline considered for the Winter 2027 'Vintage' Issue.
