Requirements
Applications are for artists and require five images, including a booth shot; emerging-artist applications are not accepted. Eligible work includes the listed fine-art and craft categories, while T-shirts and commercial clothing, posters, manufactured toys, resale or commercially manufactured/reproduced items, jewelry made from more than 50% manufactured components, and items using commercially available molds or patterns are prohibited. Merchandise must be original, handmade, and created by the exhibitor; reproductions must be identified, original art must occupy at least 50% of the space, all displayed work must be for sale, and artists may show only jury-approved categories. Only individual artists or two-person collaborating artists may apply; groups and booth sharing by non-collaborators are not permitted. Artists must attend and operate their booths throughout the festival without representatives, employees, commercial agents, dealers, or salespeople managing the booth. Exhibitors provide their own displays and white-top tents, weights, licenses, permits, insurance, and tax collection/reporting. The page gives conflicting weight standards: its rules require professional weights of 45–50 pounds per tent leg, while the booth section states at least 40 pounds per leg. Friday load-in is August 20, 2027 from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-in requires photo identification. Fee information is inconsistent and conditional: the requirements section states a nonrefundable $35 administrative processing fee, while the booth section lists a $30 application fee and a $50 late-application fee after July 9, plus participation charges of $375 for a standard booth, $425 for a premier booth, $500 for a premier corner, or $750 for a double booth; corner upgrades and electricity are each $100. Application/administrative fees are nonrefundable, and other refund or credit limitations apply.
