The opportunity
An open exhibition of artwork inspired by travel, either experienced or aspirational, at ArtFusion 19464 in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. The show runs January 16–February 27, 2027, during the organization's annual Soup Bowl fundraiser, which this year is inspired by artist Pacita Abad. Artists may enter up to two pieces; all work must be for sale.
About this call
Passport: travel experienced or aspirational, including trips taken or trips artists would like to take.
Requirements
Submit the completed registration form by December 11, 2026, either by returning the supplied form or completing it online. Artists are accepted first come, first served, and applications may close early if the show reaches capacity; applicants will be notified of acceptance. Enter no more than two pieces, each related to the Passport theme and inspired by experienced or aspirational travel. The exhibit fee is $25 for up to two pieces; ArtFusion Instructors pay no exhibit fee. Returning artists must include payment with registration; first-time exhibitors pay after their work has been juried and accepted. Artists who have not previously participated in an ArtFusion 19464 show must email 2–3 artwork images to info@artfusion19464.org; work displayed on an artist's website or Facebook page may also be juried. All 2D pieces must be framed, except stretched canvases may be unframed if all edges are painted and no staples show. Framed work must have picture wire; sawtooth hangers are not accepted. All 3D work must be freestanding. Label each piece on the back with the artist's name and artwork title, without prices or other contact information. Check mats for dirt and uneven cuts and frames for dents and chips; frame-condition issues will be recorded on the inventory sheet. All pieces must be for sale on consignment. Artists set selling prices, and ArtFusion retains 35% of each sale. Request the consignment contract for complete sales-policy details. All participating artists must submit a federal W-9 and sign the consignment contract; paperwork is sent upon acceptance. Drop off work January 9, 11am–2pm, and pick it up February 27, 11am–2pm. If unable to meet either scheduled date, call to arrange an alternative before that date.
