A fully funded artist residency at ARTS Southeast in Savannah providing a high-visibility studio, lodging, and a $500 stipend for an artist or curator to complete a new project, continue work in progress, or conduct research. Residents engage the public through the visible studio and may present lectures, workshops, or public art projects.
Requirements
Open to artists or curators working in any medium suitable for the studio. Current ARTS Southeast Studio Members and artists who were Studio Members in the prior six months are ineligible. Collaborative teams may apply with one proposal. Residents must work in the studio during public hours at least one day per week and be present for the First Friday Program Finale.
