Nocturne: Photography After Dark

TCG Gallery’s international juried online exhibition explores photography made after daylight recedes, including urban nights, nocturnal landscapes, astrophotography, nightlife, interiors, portraits, light painting, and experimental work. Approximately 30 images will be selected for a curated online exhibition and permanent website archive running November 1–30, 2026.

The night as a physical setting, psychological condition, or space where ordinary life behaves differently under darkness, limited visibility, and artificial light.

Applicants must be age 18 or older and may submit up to 3 images. Digital, film, alternative-process, documentary, fine-art, conceptual, and mixed-media photographic work is accepted; AI work is not accepted. Blind review is used wherever possible. The standard entry fee is $15 for up to 3 images, with fee waivers offered on the honour system to artists experiencing financial hardship.
