MSU 63rd Annual Winter Arts & Crafts Show 2026

A two-day seasonal arts and crafts fair and fundraiser for the Michigan State University Activities Board, featuring more than 125 vendors and approximately 8,000 patrons at the MSU Union.

Vendors must be actively involved in designing and producing their work. Mass-produced, wholesale, resale, third-party-created, predominantly purchased third-party designs, 3D-printed products, and prepared ready-to-serve meals are ineligible. Booth options are a 5x8 single booth for $225 or an 8x16 double booth for $495. Load-in is Friday night and Saturday morning. Returning vendors had an August 25, 2026 priority deadline for priority booth placement. Acceptance notifications are scheduled between August 25 and November 21; the stated confirmation and payment deadline is October 25, 2026. Booth fees are refundable when an accepted vendor confirms and cancels on or before October 25, 2026. Open flames and generators are prohibited, and high-draw appliances may trip a breaker that cannot be reset onsite.
