About this call

Collaboration

Requirements

Applicants must have attended at least one fstop504 or Lapin’s Workshop event; those who have not may attend an event during October. Artists no longer living in New Orleans may submit if they can arrange shipment or delivery of their work. Eligible media are photography, immersive installation, sculpture, video installation, painting, and mixed media. Collaboration may include work made with another person, skills learned at an fstop504 or Lapin’s Workshop event, a photograph taken at an fstop504 event or with someone met there, or inspiration from a muse, another artist, nature, the environment, or society. Applicants should answer at least one application question: what collaboration means to them; how a collaboration on the submitted piece came about; or how a workshop or photo event influenced the piece. The submission fee is $35; applicants for whom cost is a barrier may email info@fstop504.com to request a partial or full fee waiver. Submissions are due October 30 before midnight. Jury results are scheduled for November 6.
