Life Framer — Youth

A worldwide online photography competition centered on youth, interpreted broadly through the habits, experiences, behavior, dreams, fears, freedom, experimentation, and play of young people from birth through pre-adulthood. The monthly first-prize photographer receives $2,000 from a $24,000 annual fund, while first- and second-prize images are exhibited internationally; these are conditional awards and not guaranteed participant compensation.

Youth

Open worldwide to amateur and professional photographers age 18 or older. Entrants may use analog or digital devices, including phones, and may submit edited photography, mixed media, collage, or composited work; AI-generated imagery is prohibited. Entrants retain full copyright. Fees are tiered: $20 for one image, $30 for three, $40 for six, or a $100 twelve-month membership permitting up to ten images in each monthly theme. The brief asks for a scene or detail showing the habits, experiences, or behavior of young people from birth through toddlerhood, childhood, the teen years, and pre-adulthood. The monthly first prize is $2,000 from a $24,000 annual fund shared among the twelve monthly first-prize photographers; first- and second-prize images are exhibited in galleries worldwide.
