Art Fairs/Markets
July Art Fair 2027
Hosted by Art Association of Jackson Hole
Jackson, WY
The opportunity
A blind-juried outdoor art fair at Center for the Arts Park Lawn in Jackson, Wyoming, featuring professional local and national artists selling fine art and craft, including ceramics, paintings, furniture, photography, fiber art, and sculpture. The 2027 event schedule lists July 23–25. Emerging artists may apply.
Requirements
Submit six images, including a required booth shot. Up to two applications are allowed; only one medium may be represented per application, and artists applying in more than one medium must submit separate applications with a $45 non-refundable application fee for each. Applications must proportionately reflect the work intended for exhibition. The blind jury prohibits artist or business names in the artist statement, artwork images (including signatures), booth image, and image descriptions; names may be covered with a color block or blur, and violations may result in disqualification. A required artist statement of no more than 500 words must identify the medium and processes or techniques, explain how work is produced, disclose the number and roles of employees, apprentices, or assistants when more than one, and disclose outside sources such as foundries or printing labs. Art must be entirely designed, created, and exhibited by the applying artist; no reproductions, buy/sell, unlimited editions, or mass-produced work are allowed. Emerging artists are accepted.
Acceptance notifications are scheduled for March 26, 2027; invited artists must accept and remit their booth fee by April 9, 2027. Booth fees are $450 for a single 10 × 10-foot booth; $500 for a single large 10 × 10-foot space; $950 for a double-wide 20 × 10-foot space; $1,000 for a double-wide large 20 × 10-foot space; $1,200 for a premium double-wide large 20 × 10-foot space; $550 for a premium large 10 × 10-foot space; and $600 for a premium 10 × 10-foot space. Large booths have two sides open to the public. Booth choices are assigned first come, first served from acceptance through Eventeny. Booth selection and payment use Eventeny; exhibitors may arrange payment by mailed check to avoid the credit-card processing fee. Failure to respond by the deadline may revoke the invitation.
Setup is listed as Thursday, July 22. Driving on the lawn is prohibited during setup and teardown; exhibitors must transport their booth, displays, and work from on-street parking using carts, wagons, dollies, or other non-motorized transport. Exhibitors receive assigned unloading and registration times and must handle their own unloading, setup, and teardown. Artists must supply their own outdoor display tent, booth, racks, and tables. Tents must be weighted with at least 40 pounds per leg and/or staked, with straps securing tents to weights or stakes. Power is extremely limited and requires a booth near an outlet; generators are prohibited.
Artists must arrange their own accommodation and trailer parking; the organizer provides no accommodation options or discounts and no trailer parking. Nearby garage parking is available Thursday through Sunday for standard passenger vehicles, not oversized vehicles, RVs, or trailers. Inability to secure accommodation is not grounds for a refund. Cancellations must be submitted in writing by email or mail and incur a 10% administrative charge on the confirmed booth fee. The refund policy specifies a 90% booth-fee refund for cancellations March 26–April 9, 2027, and no refund after April 9, 2027. Acceptance constitutes agreement to the event's Rules/Regulations and Legal Agreement.
The general-information section retains an application window and event dates for 2026, while the event's Dates & Deadlines section explicitly lists the 2027 deadline and July 23–25, 2027 event dates. The page directs applicants to https://artassociation.org/gallery/artist-opportunities/ for up-to-date deadlines.
