A juried exhibition asking artists to share a dream or creative spark that helps them envision the world ahead for themselves and others as they would like it. The exhibition runs December 9, 2026–January 22, 2027 at The War Memorial in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan. The call addresses 2D and 3D artwork; the juror will be announced.

Participation is open to all artists over 18 and alumni of the Grosse Pointe Artists Association Promising Artists exhibitions; the organizer's Q&A clarifies that the exhibition is open to all, without requiring alumni status. Artwork must be original. Work completed under an instructor, commercial kits, prefabricated models, hobby crafts, large installation pieces, and pieces previously exhibited with GPAA are ineligible. Final acceptance depends on available space; there are no specific size limitations, but gallery space will be considered. GPAA reserves the right to disqualify submitted artwork. Submit 1–6 pieces, with a maximum of six entries per artist. The submission interface lists JPG and PNG files with a maximum of 50MB per image; the detailed instructions require a JPG at least 600×600 pixels. Images must reasonably represent the nature and quality of the original artwork and should be evenly lit without reflections. Provide width × height in inches for 2D work and width × height × depth in inches for 3D work, and disclose any special display requirements. Entry fees for the first two pieces are $30 for members or $40 for non-members; up to four additional pieces cost $10 each. A $3 transaction fee is added. Fees are non-negotiable and non-refundable. Entries are due by midnight Monday, November 16, 2026; the calendar widget separately displays November 17 at 7:59 AM, with its links encoding UTC. Acceptance results will be emailed by Friday, November 20; check spam if no notice arrives. Accepted artwork must arrive at GPAA's exhibit space at The War Memorial, 32 Lake Shore Dr., Grosse Pointe Farms, MI 48236, on Saturday, December 5, noon–2:30 pm. Mailed work must include a prepaid return address label. Accepted pieces must be professionally mounted and framed, properly wired for hanging, and use acrylic rather than glass. Clip-on and poster frames are not acceptable; artists must supply any special hardware. GPAA is not responsible for loss or damage. Artwork need not be offered for sale; on sales, GPAA retains 35% for member artwork or 45% for non-member artwork. Applying constitutes agreement to all call conditions, and non-compliance disqualifies the entry. Artists grant GPAA permission to reproduce their artwork for publicity and/or educational purposes regardless of copyright. Images must accurately represent the work; GPAA and the juror may reject images for publicity if they are not of publication quality.
