A two-month artist and writer residency in historic downtown Corsicana, Texas, offering studio and housing accommodations valued at approximately $5,000 to $7,000. Residents participate in an open studio and give an artist talk or presentation. Accepted residents pay a one-time $200 administration fee; travel, meals, and research expenses are not covered.
Requirements
Open to artists and writers from the United States and internationally. Individual and collaborative applications of up to two residents per studio are accepted. Alumni residents may not reapply. Ceramic and aerosol-based work cannot be accommodated.
