ARTIST LOAD-IN & LOAD-OUT: Artists are required to cart in their booth tents and artwork, as vehicles are not permitted on the lawn. A designated drop-off area will be available in close proximity to the exhibit space for your convenience. 08. Artists must provide their own displays, rug, tables, coverings, chairs and signage. 09. All booths will be set in a quad formation so each artist has two open sides (if desired) 10. Artist Reception on Friday, November 6 (5pm) inside Cornell Art Museum after set up 11. Artists are responsible for the collection, payment, and reporting of their own sales tax. 12. You, your staff and area must remain neat, clean and kept in an orderly fashion. Exhibits and displays must be contained within booth space. Conduct and displays must be appropriate. 13. Someone from your staff must manage the booth before, during and through breakdown. 14. Artist booth must be set up and ready by 9:00 am on Saturday, November 7th since Fine Art Show begins at 10:00 am sharp. 15. Artist Breakfast available at 9:00 am both show days in Concession Building on premises 16. Take down will begin on Sunday, November 8th at 4pm (NOT BEFORE) and be complete by 7pm
