Artists must be present at their booth during the fair. Submit 5 photos of work and 1 booth shot; an in-process photo is highly recommended. Applications are juried blind by committee based on media category and submitted photos. Accepted artists will be notified on or after May 21, 2027. A $25 non-refundable jury fee applies. Booth fees are $115 for one 15ft x 15ft space, $225 for two booths, or $315 for three booths, payable by July 1, 2027. Booth-fee refunds are available only until July 1, 2027; no refunds for inclement weather or after that deadline. Spaces are on grass with no electricity. Booth assignments are based on application date, with efforts to honor location requests. Check-in is Friday 4–6pm or Saturday starting at 6am. Two vendors will be selected as Best in Show, each receiving an award for booth display and a free booth for the 2028 fair valued at $140.
