The City of Chamblee and its Public Art Commission seek an artist or team to transform a life-size fiberglass cow into a public artwork celebrating Chamblee for the DeKalb 12+1 Project. The selected artist must have studio space for the 125-pound object and complete the artwork by October 26, 2026.
Requirements
Submit a portfolio of up to five images and links plus a concept sketch using the RFQ sketch template. Applicants need studio space large enough for the 7 ft 4 in by 4 ft 9 in by 2 ft 2 in fiberglass cow and must meet the fast-turnaround schedule. Priority is given to Chamblee studios, followed by DeKalb County spaces.
