About this call
Holiday or seasonal goods
Requirements
Individual artists and makers may sell original or locally made art, crafts, gifts, and seasonal goods; food vendors may offer baked goods and packaged specialty foods intended to take home or give as gifts. Each vendor must offer at least one item with a holiday or seasonal connection, which may be festive packaging, decoration, or a seasonal product variation; the entire product line need not have a holiday theme. Apply using the linked form, which requests basic information about you and your products; photos of intended sale items are optional. Applying does not guarantee acceptance; vendors will be selected for a varied product mix. There is no application fee, but accepted vendors pay a $30 booth fee. Booths are 10′ x 10′; explain additional space needs in the application. This is an outdoor market on Guilford Avenue between Broad Ripple Avenue and Westfield Blvd. Vendors must supply their own tables, tents, tent weights, shelving, signage, and other setup equipment. On December 6, 2026, load-in is 2–2:30pm, market hours are 3–6:30pm, and load-out is 6:30–8:00. Accepted vendors receive detailed setup, parking, and load-out instructions approximately two weeks before the event.
