August Art Fair 2027

A juried outdoor art fair in Jackson, Wyoming, featuring professional local and national artists selling fine art and craft, including ceramics, paintings, furniture, photography, fiber art, and sculpture. Artists are selected through a blind jury to exhibit at Center for the Arts Park Lawn. The source gives conflicting event dates: August 13–15, 2027 in General Information and August 14–16, 2027 in Dates & Deadlines.

Emerging artists may apply. Submit five images, including a required booth shot. Up to two applications are allowed; each application may represent only one medium, and artists applying in multiple media must submit a separate application for each, with a $45 non-refundable fee per application. Applications must proportionately reflect the work intended for exhibition. For blind jury review, artist or business names must not appear in the Artist Statement, artwork images (including signatures), booth image, or image descriptions; names may be covered with a block of color or blur, and noncompliant applications may be disqualified. A required Artist Statement of no more than 500 words must identify the medium, processes or techniques, explain production, disclose the number of employees/apprentices/assistants and their roles if more than one, and disclose outside sources such as foundries or printing labs. Art must be entirely designed, created, and exhibited by the applying artist. No reproductions, buy/sell, unlimited editions, or mass-produced work are allowed. Booth fees: $450 single 10 × 10 feet; $500 single large 10 × 10 feet; $950 double wide 20 × 10 feet; $1,000 double wide large 20 × 10 feet; $1,200 premium double wide large 20 × 10 feet; $550 premium large 10 × 10 feet; $600 premium 10 × 10 feet. Large means two sides open to the public. Booth options are assigned first-come, first-served from acceptance of the invitation through Eventeny. Artists must supply their own outdoor display tent, booth, racks, and/or tables, secure tents and displays against inclement weather, and use at least 40 pounds of weight per tent leg with straps securing the tent to the weights. The organizer supplies no booth or display equipment. Power is extremely limited; artists needing power must choose a booth near an outlet. Generators are prohibited. Notification is April 2, 2027; purchase deadline is April 16, 2027. The refund policy states both that no booth refund will be given after April 2, 2027 and that a 90% booth-fee refund is given for cancellation between April 2 and April 16, 2027; applicants should clarify this inconsistency.
