A Celebration of Art & History: The Ximenez-Fatio Nights of Lights Exhibition

The Ximenez-Fatio House Museum and St. Augustine Art Association invite artists or teams of up to three collaborators to propose original fireplace-mantel displays celebrating family heritage and traditions. Fourteen juried artists or teams will be selected to install their designs for the November 21, 2026 through January 9, 2027 exhibition.

Requirements
Submit one creative mantel-display design containing a focal original artwork and supporting handcrafted elements. Individuals and teams of up to three artists may apply. Proposed work may include original 2D or 3D art and handmade crafts and must follow the published mantel dimensions, museum-surface protections, installation-material rules, and prohibition on live flames. Upload high-quality images, drawings, or renderings of the design and an artist statement.
