42nd Annual International Exhibition

A juried exhibition of contemporary two-dimensional visual art at The University of Texas at Tyler’s Meadows Gallery, juried by Diana Roberts. Eligible media include paintings, drawings, prints, fiber art, and photographs. Several purchase awards will be made, with purchased works added to the department’s permanent collection.

Open to artists over the age of 18 working in two-dimensional media. Paintings, drawings, prints, fiber art, and photographs must have been created in the last three years. Artists may submit up to three works for a non-refundable fee of $35. The exhibition will be juried from digital media, and entries must be submitted via CaFE (Call for Entry). Acceptance notifications will be emailed December 14, 2026. Accepted work must be received by January 8, 2027. The exhibition runs January 19–March 5, 2027, with a reception and juror presentation at Meadows Gallery on March 4, 2027. Works will be returned March 15–19, 2027. Several purchase awards will be made; purchased works will be added to the University of Texas at Tyler Department of Art and Art History’s permanent collection.
