The page states a booth-payment deadline of March 13, 2026, which precedes the stated application deadline; this date is preserved as printed and needs clarification from the organizer. The festival committee reviews applications; image quality is important, and acceptance information is not provided by phone before written notifications. Market hours are April 24, 10AM–7PM, and April 25, 10AM–5PM. Most tents are on grass, and most spaces are sloped; table risers are recommended. Stakes are prohibited because of an underground drainage system. Bring at least 50lbs of weight for each tent corner. The festival runs rain or shine; there are no fee refunds for bad weather. Participant images may be used for archival, publicity, website and confirmation purposes before, during and after the festival, with name/studio recognition. Check-in and setup information will be sent 1–2 weeks before the event.
