2027 Dogwood Arts Festival — Fine Art Vendors

Juried fine-art vendor opportunity at the 2027 Dogwood Arts Festival in World's Fair Park, Knoxville, April 23–25. The festival features over 100 fine-art vendors alongside music, entertainment and other activities. Artists may sell their work and are eligible for Best of Show, People's Choice and Artist Awards, totaling $2,000 in 2027.

Eligible categories are 2D (Painting, Drawing, Photography, Printmaking, Mixed Media, Digital Media), 3D (Glass, Clay, Wood, Metal, Sculpture, Jewelry, Fiber, Leather, Mixed Media), and Other (Natural Product, Etc.). Application fee: $35. Applications are due December 1, 2026 at 11:59pm; artist notifications are December 18, 2026. Contracts and booth fees are due January 31, 2027: standard booth $375; corner booth $435. Booth fees are charged only if the artist accepts the invitation. Participating exhibitors cancelling after February 12, 2027 receive no booth-fee refund. Exhibitor setup is April 22, 2027, 8AM–7PM. Festival hours are April 23 and 24, 10AM–7PM, and April 25, 10AM–5PM; all artists must move out April 25 between 5:30PM and 9PM. Applications and submitted images are reviewed by an internal jury and festival representatives; image quality is important. Artists may display only work in their accepted categories, comparable in style and quality to their submitted images. Dogwood Arts may remove inconsistent or noncompliant work; the Festival Committee's decision prevails in policy disputes. Artists must be present on-site during festival open hours. Assistants are permitted but cannot replace the artist; booth space cannot be sublet to a non-collaborating artist. The festival runs rain or shine, with no fee refunds for bad weather. Participating artists' images may be used for archival, publicity, website and confirmation purposes before, during and after the festival, with use agreed upon by Dogwood Arts and the artist and name/studio recognition. Artists are eligible for Best of Show, People's Choice and Artist Awards; the total 2027 award pool is $2,000. Booths are evaluated Friday and awards announced Saturday after judging.
