2026 Members & Faculty Exhibition

An all-media exhibition for Medford Arts member and faculty artists aged 18 or older, running November 6–December 3, 2026. All submitted works will be included online, in the brochure and in a YouTube video. Artists who can hand-deliver may also exhibit in the Medford Arts gallery. The exhibition is juried for six cash Awards of Excellence, and all work must be for sale.

Eligible applicants are member or faculty artists aged 18 or older. Only one entry per artist; submit 1–3 pieces. All media are accepted, but work must be family friendly, original, conceived and signed by the artist, and not previously shown at MAC. All works will be included in the online exhibition; gallery display is optional and available only to artists who can hand-deliver to Medford Arts, 8 N. Main St., Medford, NJ. All work must be for sale; MAC receives a 30% commission on sales. Artists are responsible for shipping sold work to buyers; shipping charges are applied to purchases, and Medford Arts collects sales tax. Non-refundable MAC member fees are $20 for the first piece and $10 for each additional piece. Six cash Awards of Excellence are offered; award amounts are not stated. Submit through EntryThingy and upload all images before clicking submit. Images must omit frames and mats and be cropped to the image edges; 300 dpi is recommended for good image quality. Accepted file types are JPG and PNG. The entry instructions state a maximum file size of 5 MB, while the submission-requirements section states 50 MB per image; these limits conflict. If specifying framed or unframed, add that information beside the title; enter only the price in the price field. Medford Arts Center disclaims responsibility for loss or damage from any cause. Entry constitutes agreement to the terms and addition to the mailing list, with an option to unsubscribe. The written submission deadline is Monday, November 2, 2026, by midnight; the calendar widget instead displays November 3 at 7:59 AM, with calendar links encoding 07:59 UTC. Notification is November 3, 2026, by email, and awards and the exhibit are scheduled to be posted online November 7, 2026.
