A one-year live/work residency in South Beach, Miami, providing a 475-square-foot studio apartment, access to Oolite Arts facilities, connections with arts leaders, exhibition and public-program opportunities, and participation in a community of resident artists. Oolite subsidizes two-thirds of rent; the resident pays $600 per month plus electricity and Wi-Fi.
Requirements
Applicants must be practicing artists who need live/work space, can actively engage in Oolite Arts programming, and can participate in exhibitions, public programming, studio visits, and community outreach.
